2004 V 10 diesel engine with only 75,450 miles original I am the third owner or maybe the second I don’t remember if the gentleman I bought it from told me he was the 1st or he bought it with 11000 miles I purchased it with 43,000 miles five years ago it has never been into an accident the vehicle it’s loaded with every single option that was available at the time, including center and real differential lock air suspension And adjustable suspension you can adjust from automatic sport or comfort It drives great and it reminds me of an airplane taking off merging on the freeway. It’s got insane torque. I’ve changed the oil every 7000 miles since I owned it, I’ve replaced the headliner. It’s got brand new Bridgestone tires with less than 400 miles on them and a new oil change and filter also has brand new front and rear original Vw brakes and rotors in the front and the rear has about, 90% left, it has not been garaged in the last 5 years but it still shows good, even though I had the roof painted 5 years ago the paint it’s peeling on the roof.
the top of the side mirrors and The hood shows a couple little spots where is starting to fade Also, not peal , the top of the door handles it’s slightly faded, has a check engine light due to a Glow plug control module, the mechanic advised to change the glow plugs as well, also, the airbag light it’s on due to the passenger seat belt buckle, there is a small breathing hose from the top of the valve cover gasket on the driver side that is leaking a little oil, the struts for the rear hatch need to be replaced, the leather on the door panel of the rear driver side is stretched I don’t know why the seat heater for the driver side need replacement, I purchased one from the dealership and they gave me the wrong one. They gave me the one for the rear passenger seats so I have an extra switch for the rear heated seats, it comes with two remotes, one valet key, and also two keys for the roof racks, it has tow package, and it comes with a hitch and ball. This is a great opportunity to get a V10 Touareg with low miles I will not hesitate to drive anywhere as is, the car is currently on California non-op so there are no fees due. (Ca non op means I’ve decided not to pay the yearly registration because I am not intending to drive it on public roads once it gets sold we can notify the department of motor vehicles to issue a new registration without penalties) the only reason I’m selling it’s because I have other obligations and projects amd I don’t want to direct funds to the Touareg that I need for other obligations And this car deserves to be driven every weekend, it brings a lot of attention due to the V10 diesel. I am a car enthusiast and 15 years ago. I’sold a 1990 Porsche 911 for $11000.00 now I need 60000 to replace it That’s the only car I have ever regret selling, and I am feeling the same about this V10 Touareg. I am an honest seller and I think I have disclosed everything that I can remember, I worked for Volkswagen for 25 years so I may have the answer if you have any questions. Thank you good luck bidding.
